Product Enhancements
DISCO rolls out new features and enhancements in three phases: crawl, walk, and run. These phases allow our team to obtain user feedback and performance data before a full release on all DISCO databases. You can read more about these phases here.
10/13/25
Mass Actions Sidesheet UI - The remaining mass action windows for Promote, DLE, Batch Print, and Exhibit Sets will now open in a right-side panel. This update is in Run, and is available on all databases after 10/13.
10/16/25
User management enhancements - Org-level user management now has improved role summaries, filtering, and improved search capabilities for greater org admin visibility and control. This update is in Run, and is available after 10/16.
Features in crawl
Crawl is a rollout phase in which we give a subset of customers early access to a new feature or enhancement for testing and feedback purposes. Please contact your DISCO representative if you or your organization wants to leverage any of the features listed below.

Resolved issues
10/6/25
Fix to mouse hover showing "Invalid date" in Prod EU region - When Family Inclusion Mode was enabled, hovering your mouse over a family member date in the doc list could incorrectly show the message "Invalid date". This has been fixed and the correct date will now show.
10/13/25
Improved production handling of invalid dates - Invalid DTCF dates will now be set to <blank> in the metadata load file, preventing production failures.
Folder ID URL parameter handling - The system will now correctly handle lowercase inputs for the folderId parameter in the URL, providing accurate search results.
10/20/25
Fix to filtering capabilities on Reports pages - Users can filter and view specific report types, rather than being stuck on the "All reports" view.
10/27/25
Family Toggle for Custom Views with STR Hits - Toggling on family inclusion while using a custom document list view that includes the STR hit field will now perform as expected, without inadvertent error messaging.
Bracket Support in Volume Labels - Users can now include bracket symbols (e.g., ( ), [ ], { }) in volume label names, avoiding inadvertent error messaging and ensuring productions run as expected.
Batch Print Sidesheet Disabled - The Batch Print sidesheet has been temporarily disabled in production environments to address quality issues.
