Product Enhancements
DISCO rolls out new features and enhancements in three phases: crawl, walk, and run. These phases allow our team to obtain user feedback and performance data before a full release on all DISCO databases. You can read more about these phases here.
9/15/25
Cecilia content copy - A dedicated copy button will now allow users to copy a Cecilia Q&A question and answer or a Cecilia definitions response directly to their clipboard, providing an easy way to copy formatted content for use in external documents. This update is in Run, and is available on all databases after 9/15.
Production size visibility - The size of a production or reproduction will now be visible on the Production details and Reproduction details pages. This update is in Run, and is available on all databases after 9/15.
9/22/25
Cecilia Q&A: Contextual Follow-up - Cecilia Q&A can now use context from prior conversations to answer follow-up questions, saving the user time and allowing for a more natural conversational flow. This update is in Run, and is available on all databases after 9/22.
9/29/25
Search Term Reports - filters and columns - Users can now filter the document list by hits in calculated and published Search Term Reports, and add columns displaying hits per document to custom views. This update is in Walk, and is available on all new databases after 9/29. You can learn more about this update here.
Auto Scroll for Cecilia Q&A - The Cecilia Q&A screen now automatically follows text and citations and pauses with manual input, eliminating user friction when reviewing lengthy responses. This update is in Run, and is available on all new and existing databases after 9/29.
Features in crawl
Crawl is a rollout phase in which we give a subset of customers early access to a new feature or enhancement for testing and feedback purposes. Please contact your DISCO representative if you or your organization wants to leverage any of the features listed below.
