You can download exports up to 100 GB directly via the Hold feature.
- Action for larger exports: To reduce the size of an export that exceeds 100 GB, please rerun the collection using:
- Smaller time ranges
- Fewer custodians
Ingest Limit: 200gb
Hold Slack exports up to 200gb can be ingested into Ediscovery.
- Exports Under 100 GB (Self-ingest):
- You may ingest the export yourself or choose to have DISCO Professional Services complete the ingest.
- Follow the instructions in the Ingesting Collection Data into Ediscovery Knowledge Base article.
- Exports Between 100 GB and 200 GB (Assisted ingest):
- You must reach out to DISCO Desk to complete the ingest.
- Exports Over 200 GB (Size reduction required):
- You must reduce the export size by rerunning the collection using:
