Ingesting Collection Data into Ediscovery

Slack Data Ingests

Follow the below steps to ingest Slack collection data into Ediscovery:

1. Navigate to the Collection Job by clicking on the matter in the Collections Dashboard.
2. Click into the Collection Job by clicking on the Name. Then click into the Exports tab.
3. Find the export you are looking to ingest and click on the icon.

4. Select Download export.

5. Navigate to DISCO Ediscovery and follow the instructions here to ingest using high-speed uploader.

Box Data Ingests

Follow the below steps to ingest Box collection data into Ediscovery:

1. Export a collection job by using the Exporting Collection Data Knowledge Base article.
2. Navigate to the Collection Job by clicking on the matter in the Collections Dashboard.
3. Click into the Collection Job by clicking on the Name.

4. Click on the icon.

5. Click Ingest into Ediscovery.

6. Type the Ingest Name, select a Ediscovery review database, and select a Data Space. Click Ingest.
