Below are definitions of each status for Collection Jobs and Export Jobs:
Collection Job Statuses
| Status | Definition | Next Steps |
|---|---|---|
| Drafted | The job was created and saved but not yet started. | Start the job or Delete it. |
| Queued | Another Collection job for the same data source is currently In progress. The job will start automatically once the running job is complete. | Cancel the job. |
| In progress | The job is actively running and collecting data. | Cancel the job. You can monitor the job's progress via the sidesheet or status management pages. |
| Successfully completed | All data was successfully collected and is ready for the next step. | Preview, Export, or Delete the job. |
| Partially completed | The job finished, but some data failed to collect. Details are available in the downloadable error report. This job will show in the Completed status in the Collections Snapshot. | Preview, Export, Delete, or Retry the job after reviewing the error message and suggested actions in the downloadable error report. |
| Failed | The job failed unexpectedly, and no data was collected. Details are available in the downloadable error report. | Delete or Retry the job after reviewing the error message and suggested actions in the downloadable error report. |
| Canceled | The job was stopped by a user. | Start the job or Delete it. |
Export Job Statuses

| Awaiting collection | A user chose to automatically start the export once the collection completes, but the collection has yet to be completed | Delete the job. |
| Queued | Another Export job for the same data source is currently In progress. The job will start automatically once the running job is complete. | Cancel the job. |
| In progress | The job is actively running and exporting data. | Cancel the job. You can monitor the job's progress via the sidesheet or status management pages. |
