The Collections tab allows users to initiate, manage, and export data collections and ingest exports into DISCO Ediscovery.
Collections Snapshot
At the top of the page, you can find the total size across collection and export jobs, the size of all collection jobs, the size of unique collection jobs, and the size of all exports jobs. Within the Collection jobs and Export jobs boxes, you will see the number of jobs within each status. Collections Dashboard
Below the Collections Snapshot, you will find the Collections Dashboard.The Collections Dashboard displays information on matters that is relevant to Collections, including Matter open date, Matter status, Collected data, Collected unique data, Exported data, number of Collection jobs, and number of Export jobs.
You may only run collection jobs for open matters but you may view previous Collection and Export jobs for closed matters.
The default order of this table is by earliest to oldest Matter open date, but the table can only be sorted by Matter and Matter status. The table may be filtered by Custodians and Matter status, and search can be conducted by Matter name or Matter EDID.
