Product Enhancements
DISCO rolls out new features and enhancements in three phases: crawl, walk, and run. These phases allow our team to obtain user feedback and performance data before a full release on all DISCO databases. You can read more about these phases here.

Improved unique chat message identification - Improved chat message identification by appending the channel ID to the beginning of message event IDs in validation reports. This improvement ensures uniqueness in chat events and makes it easier to accurately connect validation report records to corresponding events. This update is in run, and widely available on all matters after 2/2.
Cecilia citation improvements - New specialized neural network for Cecilia Q&A that calculates semantic meaning twice as fast, delivering more direct hits and high-quality narrative answers with precise citations. This upgrade accelerates review workflows by 20%, and ensures that the DISCO platform can scale to support an increase in customer volume without requiring an increase in resources. This update is in walk, and available on all new matters after 2/2.
Review Team User Management UI update - An improved Review Team user management page UI allows users to easily locate standard and custom roles within the same view. You can learn more about this feature here. This update is in run, and widely available on all databases after 2/2.

Improved exception reporting - Improved exception reporting for MS Teams ingests. Unreachable URLs with attachment links will now be given a ProcessingDetails value of "Unreachable hyperlinked file." This update is in run, and widely available on all matters after 2/9.
Ediscovery auto reloader - Added a pop-up notification to push users to refresh their page to enjoy the most up-to-date and optimized version of the DISCO Ediscovery platform available. This update is in run, and widely available on all matters after 2/9.

Exhibit set sidesheet mass action UI - Updated exhibit set mass action capabilities now appear in a sidesheet, providing more room for additional information and tools and making them more consistent with other mass actions. This update is in walk, and available on all new matters after 2/23.

Improved Organization Metrics - The Org Metrics interface has been redesigned to help org admins better manage their cases and get insights on their databases. Searching and filtering have been improved to provide faster, more consistent results, and data metrics now align with your billable size and high water mark for the month, giving you a clear view of monthly hosting totals regardless of where your data is stored.
Improved case lifecycle management - Enhanced case lifecycle management allows users to easily manage the end-to-end upkeep of their databases with less reliance on the DISCO team for routine lifecycle operations. All matter-related databases can be surfaced in a single consistent view for greater speed, clarity, and control.

Family Inclusion Mode DLE Instance Report update - Improved the Instance Report export list, enabling users to run an export while Family Inclusion Mode is still enabled.

O365 Email Connector - Date filtering scoping fix - Improvement to O365 email ingests that fixes overly inclusive scoping when applying a date filter.
Similar Count UI improvement in Doc List - Update to search result doc lists that stops the Standard Indicators information from wrapping when the Similar Count exceeds four digits.
