Product Enhancements

Full-screen Auto Review - Update of the Auto Review user interface to a full-screen layout, making it easier to draft tag descriptions and analyze metrics. This update is in walk, and available on all new Auto Review jobs after 4/6.
Improved Organization Metrics - The Org Metrics interface has been redesigned to help org admins better manage their cases and get insights into their databases. Searching and filtering have been improved to provide faster, more consistent results, and data metrics now align with your billable size and high water mark for the month, giving you a clear view of monthly hosting totals regardless of where your data is stored. Improved case lifecycle management - Enhanced case lifecycle management allows users to easily manage the end-to-end upkeep of their databases with less reliance on the DISCO team for routine lifecycle operations. All matter-related databases can be surfaced in a single consistent view for greater speed, clarity, and control. This update is in run, or widely available after 4/6.
Family inclusion instance counts - Reporting capabilities have been expanded to include instance counts for document sets when family inclusion mode is enabled. This functionality provides greater visibility into document duplication within a dataset, even when family relationships are being preserved. This update is in run, or widely available after 4/6.
Improved STR text wrapping - The Search Term Report interface now features optimized text wrapping for long lists of terms within a single scope. This update ensures that extensive search criteria wrap properly to subsequent lines, maintaining the integrity of the layout. This update is in run, or widely available after 4/6.

Batch Print sidesheet UI update - The Batch Print interface now matches the existing mass action sidesheet menu style. This update provides an expanded workspace for tools and information while maintaining visibility of the selected document list in the background. This update is in run, or available on all matters after 4/13.

Redaction location filter upgrade - Redaction Location filter now shows whether the On Document redaction is on a PDF or Spreadsheet. This update is in run, or available on all matters after 4/20.
Auto Review now available in Canada - Auto Review -- DISCO's fast, accurate, and consistent GenAI-powered document review -- is now available in Canada.

Ingest Locations filter performance enhancements - The Ingest Locations filter functions without lag when working in larger matters. These improvements ensure the interface loads and reacts instantly, even when handling a high volume of locations, providing a faster and more efficient.

Improved mass action tooltip accuracy - The tooltip description for mass actions with similar documents now accurately matches your selected threshold range of 80–100%, minimizing any potential confusion. This fix is currently in walk, and available on new matters after 4/6.
Batch Prints Bates ampersand support - Successfully batch print documents that contain an ampersand (&) in their Bates prefix, ensuring the batch print tool accurately recognizes and retrieves documents with these specific prefix formats.
Data Typed Custom Fields reliability & performance update - Productions utilizing a high volume of Data Typed Custom Fields are now complete with increased reliability. This update ensures that complex productions finish successfully on the first attempt, preventing interruptions mid-process.
Mass action terminology consistency - The terminology within the Tags, Folders, and Redactions mass action menus has been updated for technical accuracy. When selecting Exact hash match, the dropdowns and checkbox descriptions now correctly reflect this selection, ensuring the UI aligns with industry-standard definitions.

Family Inclusion Count Alignment - When in Family Inclusion Mode, users now see an accurate count of instance documents within the DLE sidesheet, ensuring the display consistently aligns with the exported Instance report.

Exhibit sets filter doc count fix - Exhibit sets filters will now display the accurate document count when removing from the exhibit set a parent document of attachments that remain in the set.
Search visualization hover UI fix - Search Visualization now accurately triggers the active blue hover state when the left range-slider is moved backward.

Improved Handling of Duplicate Filenames in ZIP Ingests - Zip files containing duplicate filenames, common in exports from platforms like Microsoft Purview, are now processed successfully during ingestion. This eliminates the need for users to manually rename files externally and restart the process, ensuring a more reliable and efficient data workflow.
Email Metadata & Document List Export Improvements - View the Email Message ID field within the search document list and include it in document list exports. These improvements are available on any matter created after 3/23.

Data Collection UX Improvements - Monitor the progress and outcomes of collection and export jobs through a centralized view that organizes all activity by status across every matter. This update provides live progress tracking, definitive job statuses, and detailed error messaging to improve predictability and control over your data workflows. Questionnaire workflow enhancements - Prevent custodians from acknowledging notices until they have fully answered all questionnaire questions, ensuring complete legal hold compliance. This update is in run, and is widely available after 4/13.
