To create a customized report you can, either 1) create a customized Standard Report or 2) create a new Custom Report. To customize a Standard Report, follow the instructions below:
- In the box of the Standard Report you are looking to customize, click Customize.
- You will see a pop-up showing a preview of the fields in the report. In the pop-up, click Customize this template.
- You will be brought to the New Custom Report page.
- Follow the directions in the Configuring a Custom Report Knowledge Base.
