The Mailer Logs tab allows you to view all emails that were sent from the system, as well as the recipient, subject, matter name, sent date, and status. You can also re-send an email from here by clicking Resend.
To view the reason for an email failing to send or being blocked, you may click on the row. You will then see a pop-up with the error message and suggested next steps. Once the error has been resolved, you can click Resend in the pop-up.
